Firstly, I want to say how absolutely nervous I was to try the Phillips Lumea!!😬 I’ve never had any laser hair removal treatments done before, so had no idea what to expect. I opened the box and was immediately impressed. Everything comes beautifully packaged in a gorgeous case, with different attachments for different areas of the body, so everything stays together and neat. I downloaded the app and thought, right, let’s give this a go! And honestly the app is brilliant. It gives you really useful information to get started, keeps track of your treatment dates, reminds you when your next treatment is due and even helps with your settings. I’ve done two treatments so far and I kid you not I can already see it working. I started on my lower legs and it really was a breeze. It only took a few minutes per leg, and as you go through the process the app guides you along so you don’t miss any spots. And the pain?!! WHAT PAIN?!!! 😂 It genuinely felt like I wasn’t doing anything at all so not uncomfortable at all. When you think about the initial treatments being every two weeks, gradually becoming less frequent and eventually just needing maintenance treatments. The amount of time it takes is absolutely worth it for smooth skin. It’s honestly incredible when you think about how much time we spend shaving, waxing and dealing with all the irritation, when something like this can make such a big difference! I also did my underarms and it literally took 40 seconds. That’s less time than it takes to shave. And another huge perk for me, no razor burn, nicks and no more strawberry legs. For me this is genuinely an incredible device. I can’t imagine going back to my old hair removal routine now. I really can’t praise the Phillips Lumea enough ❤️

Wow!!! I was honestly so impressed with how easy this IPL was to use. Especially for my first time using it! The setup was really straightforward forward and took seconds, the app makes everything so simple by talking you through exactly was to do, which I found really helpful. It was also really quick to use? Even on areas like my underarms, bikini like and lower legs. The different attachments are suck a good idea for them hard to reach areas. The device was comfortable to hold and really easy to move around. The actual treatment was completely pain free for me, I didn’t feel any pain on my skin whatsoever, which made the whole experience so much more pleasurable and easier than expected. Overall, I am really happy with how simple and hassle-free this device was and I’m super excited to finally be on my IPL journey, really looking forward to seeing the results!

The packaging for the Philips Lumea 9900 PRO BRC244 is really very great, it feels like a luxury item, not like normal beauty devices. It comes in a big box and inside you get a beautiful beige luxury case with everything packed neatly in soft velvet. It is a corded device , I actually preferred this type of device because you get consistent power and you don’t have to worry about the battery dying in mid session , So that the good point . Before first use you have to charge it and download the Philips Lumea app. The app is really helpful, it asks your skin and hair colour and makes a personal plan and reminds you when to do the next session. Then you put the right head for that area, the machine knows which head it is. You turn it on and put it on your skin, it has a sensor called SenselQ that checks your skin and tells you what power to use, I get 4 for legs and 3 for bikini. You put it flat on your skin and press the button, for legs you hold and slide slowly, for small areas you just press and lift. It only flashes if it touches skin properly. It reminds you to test your skin first - do a patch test on a small area, wait 24 hours, check your skin, and then start your full treatment. I have done 2 sessions in 2 weeks, so this is a very early review. I know best results will not show in 2 weeks, Philips says you need 4 sessions every 2 weeks and then monthly touch ups, most people see real difference after 6-8 weeks and full smooth skin after 12 weeks. After first session I saw zero change, hair came back normal. After second session this week I can see small change, my leg hair is growing slower, normally I get stubble after 1 day, now after 2-3 days and it feels softer. Underarms look a bit patchy with less hair. What I like most is I don't have to shave every day, no more dark shadow, no more strawberry legs, no more ingrown hairs, itching and red bumps, no more waxing pain. I can do it at home anytime, no need to book salon. Long term it saves money because salon laser is very expensive and this does full body for years. What I don't like is it gets hot after 10-15 minutes so you need a short break, the flash is very bright and can give headache, and it takes more than 30 minutes for full legs plus underarms so you need patience. You have to be regular every 2 weeks then monthly. Even with just 2 weeks I'm happy and hopeful, my skin is happier because I'm not shaving daily and the packaging and device quality is excellent.

Would be a great product if I didn't have so many tattoos. The fact you cannot use it on tattooed skin makes it difficult for me . It works really well on my under arms and bikini line . It did shock me when it first flashed as I wasn't expecting it to be so bright , I did feel heat coming off more than I expected as well . Very easy to remove and replace the different clips for different parts of my body . Once you get used to the pressure you need to apply it's very easy to use , although it is a slow process. I will keep using it but only on my under arms and bikini line.

Ho aspettato a scrivere la recensione subito perché volevo vedere l’efficacia del prodotto prima di dire qualsiasi cosa. Partiamo da me : quasi sempre uso la lametta per depilarmi le ascelle perché ho una pelle molto sensibile e la ceretta la fa soffrire parecchio. E PURTROPPO la lametta la uso almeno 3/4 volte a settimana perché ho una crescita del pelo abbastanza veloce. Questo ha lasciato la mia pelle sotto ascellare iper pigmentata e con alcuni peli incarniti. Questo prodotto (grazie influenster) mi è capitato nel momento giusto perché stavo considerando di farmi il trattamento laser dall’estetista. Il prodotto Philips Lumea IPL 9900 dopo 2 settimane di utilizzo (quindi 2 sedute a distanza di 2 settimane) posso dire che mi ha soddisfatto molto. Ho voluto mostrarvi con una foto la situazione pre e post trattamento di 2 settimane (a qualcuno magari non piace vedere i peli ma siamo qui per le recensioni vere con dei risultati veri) La prima foto è subito dopo il primo trattamento e la seconda foto è di 2 SETTIMANE DI CRESCITA . Cioè non ho fatto la lametta per 2 settimane ma la crescita si è rallentata tantissimo . non ho visto l’arrossamento né irritazione della pelle , nemmeno una sensazione di bruciore dopo l’utilizzo. Usarlo è stato abbastanza semplice. Ci sono vari inserti per le varie parti del corpo (viso, ascelle,bikini, corpo). È dotato di un sensore che quando si appoggia sulla pelle, dà in automatico l’intensità adatta ma io vi consiglio di farlo manualmente e vedere che livello di calore supportate. Si preme il pulsante e il gioco è fatto! (Potete vedere il video allegato) Se il sensore diventa arancione significa che la pelle in quella zona è troppo scura e quindi non trattabile. Qui purtroppo la limitazione per le persone scure di pelle. Tutto sommato per ora sono molto contenta ma vedrò di aggiornavi magari tra 6 mesi per vedere come va !

Après déballage du colis, nous faisons face à un packaging très qualitatif, l'épilateur et ces accèssoires sont dans une belle boite de transport. Une fois déballer nous téléchargeons l'application comme recommander sur la boite, après avoir crée notre compte nous nous laissons guider pour la prise en mains et les explications. L'épilateur Philips sera utilisé pour moi (Homme) et ma femme. Il est bien écrit qu'il sert a réduire jusqu'a 80 la pilosité et qu'il n'épile pas directement. 1er bon point l'application est claire et ergonomique, elle peut suivre les séances d'épilation et nous envoyer des rappels quand il faut la recommencer. Avant la première utilisation, il faut raser la zone concernée puis choisir l'embout adapté. L'appareil permet de faire un test de la peau afin de choisir l'intensité du traitement (celui ci est aussi réglable manuellement). L'utilisation est relativement rapide. Les flashs sont parfois accompagnés d'une sensation de chaleur ou d'un léger picotement, mais cela reste généralement supportable. J'ai particulièrement apprécié le fait que l'appareil soit simple à utiliser et qu'il permette de traiter différentes zones sans avoir besoin de beaucoup de matériel supplémentaire. L'application permet elle de suivre en direct l'avancée de l'épilation et du bon placement de l'appareil. Les résultats ne sont évidemment pas immédiats : il faut être régulier et respecter les séances recommandées (première séances pour moi), ayant fait pas mal de zones je dois attendre un certain délais afin de poursuivre mes zone d'épilation. Dans l'ensemble, je trouve que le Philips Lumea Série 9900 Pro est un appareil intéressant pour les personnes qui souhaitent réduire durablement leur pilosité à domicile. Il demande de la régularité, mais son utilisation est assez simple et les résultats deviennent intéressants au fil des séances.

Jag säger bara wow! Designen på förpackningen är jag helt kär i. Jag har testat liknande produkter men denna tar priset. Man sparar så mycket tid med att behöva trycka på start knappen en gång o sedan bara dra Lumean över huden. Ljudnivån är så låg att jag brukar köra runt 12 på natten. Har bara behövt ladda batteriet en gång på en månad.

Vilken grej! Smidig och väldigt enkel användning, inprincip helt smärtfritt och kommer i en lyxig smidig väska att bära med sig! Kommer bli otroligt spännande att följa utvecklingen av hårborttagningen! Otroligt nöjd såhär långt! Älskar att man slipper alla andra rakprodukter man en gång trasslat med!
